Here is a bunch of questions that Davin gets asked regularly. I mean frequently.

Q: What kind of music do you make?

A: It is dark inorganic breakbeat prog-techno house.

Q: How did you get into producing music?

A: It was, as they say, "a natural progression from DJing". My oldest brother used to run a production studio many years back and he gave me the opportunity to play around on some of the equipment. As it stands right now, I am not making any music that I can not play out as a DJ.

Q: What inspires you to write music?

A: Dreams, ideas I have when I am riding the ferry between Vancouver and Victoria, people, circumstances that are out of anyones control. Being broke inspired BROKASSO'S TORMENT.

Q: Who is BROKASSO?

A: BROKASSO is the version of me in 2002 when I had graduated from College, was broke and looking for work. Or any time that I am on a budget.

Q: Who are your musical influences?

A: Everyone from Nine Inch Nails to Ocean wave. Seriously the list is long, maybe too long. Q: Do you DJ as well?

A: Yeah I use the alias "ariz0na" for DJing. I don't know why I use aliases but there is something cool about the mystique of an alias. Now that you've found my website, all that mystery is gone, isn't it? Whoops!
